Placement Test
To ensure that each student is placed in the appropriate level, we highly recommend taking a placement test before registering—especially if you are interested in a course above Beginner 1 (A1.1). If you’re completely new to Spanish or have very limited knowledge, you can register directly in Beginner 1 (A1.1). No placement test is needed—just sign up and get ready to start!
The placement test helps us match you with the class that best suits your Spanish proficiency, ensuring a more effective and enjoyable learning experience. If you already speak some Spanish, please contact us at info@Sedice.org to schedule your test.
Schedule
Most of our classes are held in person on Wednesdays at the Halifax Grammar School (945 Tower Rd., Halifax, NS, B3H 2Y2). Classes for early beginners, kids, and teens take place on Saturdays (11:00 – 12:30 pm), while classes for adults will take place on Mondays (level B1.2 online from 3:30 to 5:30 PM) or Wednesdays (level A.1.1 from 4:15 to 6:15 PM and 6:15 – 8:15pm all other levels) .
